Through placing an order customers are deemed to have accepted our conditions of sale.

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, which will be chargeable in accordance with current legislation at the time of supply. The company reserves the right to change prices at any time and without notice.

The risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery but the title of the goods remains with the company until payment has been received in full.

New customers are requested to pay on delivery of the first order, unless two trade references and bank details have been supplied. Payment of invoices must be effected within thirty days of the invoice date. We are sorry but we do not accept credit or debit cards.

All effort is made to supply healthy stock, free from disease and true to name, but no warranty is given. Liability will be limited to replacement or refund of price paid. Any complaints must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
